Rainbow is a counsellor at St. John’s Cathedral Counselling Service in Hong Kong. She uses a warm and collaborative approach to support her clients in navigating through their struggles and difficulties. She believes that each person has the potential and inner resources within themselves to grow and flourish.
Rainbow draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions such as Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, The Satir Model, Focusing-Oriented Therapy. Based on the client’s unique needs and goals, she also utilizes creative and play-based therapeutic tools to facilitate the counselling process. Rainbow works with children and adults on different life issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, family and relationship distress, life transitions, career planning, self-worth, perfectionism and personal growth.
Beyond her work as a counsellor, Rainbow is an artist and art educator in Hong Kong. With a strong background in this field, she understands the unique challenges and nuances that creatives face in their daily lives and career. Rainbow is deeply passionate about helping others discover their intuitive, authentic and creative selves.
Rainbow conducts therapy in English and is conversational in Cantonese.
