Kelly is a Malaysian Chinese who has lived and worked in Malaysia, England, Japan and Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in sales, marketing, business development, training, mentoring, counselling and coaching.Kelly retrained in counselling to learn and translate her life experience into valuable knowledge that can support her clients in their challenges and to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Kelly works with clients on managing and coping with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, building confidence, improving self esteem, interpersonal skills and life skills. She supports clients in clarifying life direction and transitions, couple and other relationship challenges and life post divorce. She works with clients to establish self care and self love around life, in a sustainable manner.

She also coaches clients on work performance and professional development, senior management roles readiness, strengthening interpersonal and soft skills, and other management skills sets. Kelly uses a client centred approach to facilitate the expression of thoughts, feelings and struggles. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gottman Method Couple Therapy, SWOT Analysis and several other soft skills in her therapy work.

Kelly conducts therapy in English and is conversational in Cantonese, Mandarin and Bahasa.
