Kelly Liew

Kelly is a Malaysian Chinese who has lived and worked in Malaysia, England, Japan and Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of senior management experience in sales, marketing, business development, supply chain management, training, mentoring, counselling and coaching. Post the corporate involvement, Kelly retrained in counselling to learn  and translate her life experience into valuable knowledge that can support her clients in their life challenges and to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. 

Kelly works with clients on managing and coping with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, loss and grief, building confidence, improving self esteem, interpersonal skills and life skills. She supports clients in clarifying life direction and transitions, couples and other relationship challenges, works with clients to establish self care and self love around life, in a sustainable manner. 

She also coaches clients on work performance related matters and professional development, senior management roles readiness, strengthening interpersonal skills, soft skills and other management skills sets. 

Kelly uses a client centred approach to facilitate expression of thoughts, feelings and struggles. She uses a combination of CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Gottman Method Couple Therapy, SWOT Analysis and several other soft skills in her therapy work. 

She is an active member of The Women’s Foundation, HK in its “Mentoring for Future Women Leaders” programme, the foundation’s ‘Lean In Circles” and The 30% Women’s Club . She sits in various Board of Advisors in organisations in HK. 

Kelly conducts therapy in English and is conversant in Cantonese, Mandarin and Bahasa.
