Tamriko Korodi-Szasz

Master of Science in Psychology, Manchester Metropolitan University (UK)
Master’s in Counselling, Monash University (Australia)

Graduate member of British Psychological Society (MBPsS)

Tamriko was born and raised in Kyrgyzstan, educated in the UK, and now she lives and works in Hong Kong. As a psychotherapist she specializes in relationships, infertility, and health-related issues.

Tamriko came to psychotherapy from a business background, after she had become fascinated with the psychology of human relationships. She believes that the quality of people’s relationships is the biggest contributor to their overall life satisfaction and happiness. Tamriko’s multi-cultural background allows her to see her clients’ difficulties from both psychological and cultural perspectives. This is particularly important in her work with expats and mixed couples who often experience cultural conflict in their relationships.

Tamriko’s professional interests in infertility and health-related issues were inspired by her own past experiences which turned into a true passion to support people through the same challenges that she has personally been through. Tamriko believes that having these shared experiences with her clients allow her to relate to them and feel their pain on a much deeper level.

In the past Tamriko has worked in a range of areas, including with private clients and not-for-profit organizations supporting suicidal individuals and victims of human trafficking.

Tamriko conducts therapy in both English and Russian languages.
